About Rosie's Cafe

Rosie's Cafe is a cafe in Atlanta, Georgia. It is listed at 48 Northside Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30313, which places it among the local businesses of Atlanta that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. Typical hours are 7 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Rosie's Cafe at (404) 331-7703; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, rosiescoffeecafe.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 2,587 reviews, which is a strong result for a cafe in Atlanta and suggests consistent service.

Atlanta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Atlanta is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

The atmosphere is beautiful the food is served hot, delicious and with love! Awesome music was playing the whole time. It was someone's birthday and the staff brought out the mic and we all took turns singing Stevie Wonder's version of Happy birthday to you! Oh, I forgot, the coffee was outstanding! It was served in a tin mug. I drank it black with no creamer and it stayed hot the whole time!

To start...upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a wonderful young lady (no name tag) at the hostess podium, seconds later I believe the manager/owner walked by and informed her that she will be serving us. She went to prepare herself for her return and we ordered our drinks and made a food order minutes later. 1st order was chicken and waffles, 2nd order was Fish Basket (Swai or Pollock with tarter sauce. Now in the midst of waiting for our food, an employee, folding napkin tubes, displayed the most unprofessional attitude that I have seen in awhile. A customer came in, and the employee stated, "You dining in or carrying out?" ..."There is a menu at the bar over there". Instead of handing one to her (She was seated right behind the hostess podium). RUDE! Our food arrived...and almost immediately, after the manager (Mykle) asked, "Why haven't one of yall swept the floor yet", at which time an employee grabbed a broom, headed my way, asked me to move my feet, and began sweeping as I was consuming our food. My boss immediately called for the manager and asked why did you tell her to sweep if we are sitting here eating? He replied, "Oh, she wasn't supposed to come near cu

10 stars if I could for Jenn’s service alone. She delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever received ANYWHERE. Jenn was very attentive, friendly and genuinely caring. The food was delicious and very flavorful. Highly recommend. Everytime I come to Atlanta, Rosie’s Cafe will be a regular stop.

I visited Rosie's Cafe before touring the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in a group of 20 students from a University while visiting Atlanta. We made reservations in advance and everything was setup upon arrival. Our servers Jennifer and Desaray were excellent. Every order (drinks and food) came out on time with no issues. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed the excellent customer service.

I’m visiting from out of town and stopped by Rosie’s Coffee Cafe since it was the closest spot to my hotel and I’m SO glad I did! The food was absolutely fantastic. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and my sister got the chicken and waffle with the strawberry-flavored waffle. Everything was seasoned perfectly and full of flavor. I NEVER finish all my food at restaurants, but this time I cleaned my plate! That says a lot. Our waiter, Nitosha, was amazing β€” attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. 10/10 recommend! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in ATL.
